What we collect — and what we do not

Introduction

Gulp Games ("we", "our", or "us") publishes Tap & Pop, an offline bubble-popping game available on Google Play (com.gulpgames.tapandpop) and the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy explains how that public app handles information. See also our Terms of Service.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the publicly available Tap & Pop app linked from our store listings and from this site. A separate product sometimes referred to as Tap & Pop Plus is not currently offered and is not publicly available on Google Play or the App Store. This policy does not describe advertising, analytics, in-app purchases, or cloud features for any public Tap & Pop listing, because the public app does not use them.

Information we collect

Tap & Pop is designed to work entirely offline and does not:

• Collect personal information
• Track your usage with analytics
• Send gameplay data to external servers
• Display advertisements
• Offer in-app purchases
• Require user accounts or registration

The app stores high scores and game preferences locally and does not send this data to our servers. You can choose to share content outside the app. Your operating system may back up or transfer app data according to your device settings, including through a cloud backup or device migration. These system features are controlled by your device and platform provider, not by the app.

Permissions

Tap & Pop does not request sensitive permissions beyond what is required for basic mobile functionality (for example, vibration for optional haptics on supported devices). It does not request advertising, tracking, or billing-related permissions.

Children's Privacy

Tap & Pop is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Third-Party Services

Tap & Pop does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, purchase entitlement, crash-reporting, cloud-save, or leaderboard services. Downloading the app from Apple App Store or Google Play is governed by those stores' own terms and privacy policies; we do not receive your payment card details from those stores for this free offline app.

Data Retention and Deletion

Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes the local app data, but backup copies may remain with your platform provider and may be restored during reinstall or device migration. Use your device settings and your platform provider's backup controls to manage those copies. We do not receive this app data and have no server-side player profile to delete.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. If we ever ship a different public edition with different data practices, we will update this policy before or when that edition becomes publicly available.
