How you may use Tap & Pop

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tap & Pop (the "App"), the mobile game published by Gulp Games ("we", "our", or "us") and currently available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Scope

These Terms cover the publicly available Tap & Pop app linked from our store listings and from this site. A separate product sometimes referred to as Tap & Pop Plus is not currently offered and is not publicly available. These Terms do not describe advertising, in-app purchases, analytics, cloud save, or leaderboards for any public Tap & Pop listing, because the public App does not include those features.

Description of Service

Tap & Pop is an offline bubble-popping game that does not require an internet connection. It does not display advertisements, does not offer in-app purchases, and does not require an account. The app stores progress and preferences locally and does not send this data to our servers. Your operating system may back up or transfer app data according to your device settings. Backup copies may remain after uninstall and may be restored during reinstall or device migration; manage these copies through your device and platform provider's backup controls.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to the applicable app store terms and these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App except as permitted by law
• Use cheats, automation, or exploits that disrupt fair play or your (or others') enjoyment of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

The App, artwork, audio, trademarks, and related content are owned by Gulp Games or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. By using the App, you acknowledge that policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulp Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $10 if you made no payment to us for the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If we publish a different public edition with different commercial features, we will update these Terms to match that edition before or when it becomes publicly available.
